As I watched Team USA win the 2017 World Baseball Classic, I was simultaneously captivated by the play of the team and repelled by their dated uniforms. With the fate of the WBC in question as it continues to struggle to draw viewers, I thought it would be fun to redesign Team USA's uniforms. I sought to create a classic look that would not grow stale in a decade; something players would feel proud to wear.
