The Talent Management Tool (TMT) is a platform that allows company executives to efficiently view and arrange salaried associates based on performance metrics. I was lead designer on the project, and worked closely with a UX architect to create an experience that was easily digestible and highly usable; we used bright colors, drag-and-drop functionality and large images to present the copious data.
